Returns

We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the product.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
• Return requests made after 7 days of delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
